Flavors Of India

India is a land of culture, tradition and cuisine. People here are either known for their manners, or for their taste. This land is full of falvours​. At every doorstep, the way of cooking and eating changes. Some are fond of spicy food others like plain and less spices, some have mejestic food habits and others chooses saled and boiled food. This is actually because India has gained it's flavors from all around the world.
The flavor reflects the history of 8000 years , being influenced by several groups and cultures interacting the nation. The diversity of Indian cusine has been maintained because of diversified cultures and traditions, and of course the climate and soil type that suits different vegetation.
The places in India are known for their food habits and famous dishes, like Delhi ki chat, Hydrabad ki biryani, South India ka Dosa idli samber, Bihar ka litti- chokha, Bangal ka Roshogulla and macher- jhor, Lucknow ke kababs etc.
Indian kitchen is highly dominated by cultures, mainly Hinduism. Every festival here is endowed with different vivers and sweets. Celebrating any moment here means yummies and lots of fun. Dishes like gujiya is famous for Holi, modak for Ganesh chatur dashi, sevaiyan for eid and cake for Christmas and birthdays.
These days Indian gurb is being liked all over the world. People are loving the flavors of India and have started following our cooking style. Dishes like chicken  tikka, tanduri roti and Daal makhini are in demand even in UK and USA. Indian flavor has made a mark on globe and is accepted everywhere by foodies.
